Quick verdict
LiftEvidence editorial assessment
A 20 kg, 29 mm power bar with bronze bushings, medium mountain knurl with a centre knurl, single powerlifting marks, a 165,000 PSI shaft and a 1,500 lb rating, finished in chrome. It is the lower-cost route to a dedicated power bar. With only 13 Amazon ratings, long-term evidence is thin.
