Quick verdict
LiftEvidence editorial assessment
A 20 kg, 28.5 mm bar with bronze bushings, volcano knurling with a centre knurl and a 1,500 lb rating. Owners consistently describe it as sturdy and grippy for squats, bench and deadlifts. Its 132,000 PSI shaft is softer than the Synergee and Bells of Steel bars, and the black coating scratches.
