A simple 4 in nylon-web belt with a 3 in hook-and-loop support strap and a steel roller buckle, in sizes from 24 to 42 in. It is light, flexible and easy to put on, and owners find it supportive for squats and comfortable across different kinds of training. It is the least rigid design here: hook-and-loop closures can wear — some owners report the Velcro tearing away — and it does not give the bracing surface of a stiff leather belt at heavy loads.
