Quick verdict
LiftEvidence editorial assessment
A 20 × 20 in, 1 in thick laminated rubber tile (sold individually in this variant, 12 lb each) for use under each side of a barbell or as a modular deadlift zone. Owners describe a hard, durable slab that soaks up vibration. It is thinner than 1.6 in platform tiles, so it suits deadlifts lowered with control and occasional drops rather than repeated heavy drops.
